Freight
A shipping cost of $7.95 inclusive of GST will be added to all New Zealand orders. Rural deliveries will incur an additional $4.95 inclusive of GST. Waiheke and Great Barrier Island unfortunately attract a surcharge of $20.
Delivery Times
Delivery can take up between 2 and 3 working days for urban New Zealand Customers.. Rural customers will get the knock on the door from the courier in 3-4 days.
Payments
We are a New Zealand business and all goods are sold in New Zealand Dollars. Payment can be made by Credit Card.

If you are not happy in any way with the product you receive, please either phone or email us regarding the problem and if the fault is ours or our freight company, we will either fully refund the product or send out a replacement according to your wishes.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please do so on the same day as it was placed by emailing us at sales@canterburybiltong.co.nz.
